The industry is racing toward superintelligence: AI that outperforms people at nearly everything. But an AI can know every fact in the world and still answer a person at their breaking point the same way it answers someone having an easy day.
We believe no AI should be called superintlligent until it knows the state of the human it is serving. Knowing more is not enough. It has to know who it is talking to, and how much they can carry right now.
That is the missing layer this suite provides. ROS doesn't make an AI smarter. It makes any AI aware of the person in front of it, and that awareness has to come before anything deserves the name superintelligence.

Rouse Relational OS™ is a deterministic governance layer that sits in front of any AI. Before the AI responds, ROS measures the person's current load and sets limits on what the AI may say. ROS itself is not AI. It is rules, math, and an audit trail.
Most AI safety works after the fact: filters scan text once it has been written, and system prompts ask the model to behave. Neither knows how much the person on the other side can take in right now.
Life creates pressure for everyone. A detailed, well-meant answer can help one person and overwhelm another who typed th
No response is generated until the person's Net Load Index (NLI) is known, from a short check-in or a wearable.
Exact keyword and pattern rules identify what the message is about. No guessing models.
Rules turn the NLI and topic into limits on length, questions, complexity, and subjects.
Those limits are sealed in a signed audit record before the AI is called.
The AI writes its answer inside the limits.
The AI's own report of what it did is compared with the governance record. Any mismatch blocks delivery.
A four-layer check confirms the answer fits this person's current load. If it can't be made to fit, a fixed, pre-reviewed message is sent instead.
Capacity intact. No limits: a full assistant for code, analysis and writing. The Odyssey and Apology Protocols keep it accurate and reach a usable result faster, with fewer guesses and fewer redos.
Moderate load. The AI still does the full task, including code and documents. Explanations stay focused, one topic at a time.
High load. The AI still does the work and builds complete code and files. Only what the person has to read gets shorter: one idea, no lists, no open-ended demands.
Critical load. Support first, and the work still gets done. The AI never refuses or delays the task. It does the heavy lifting itself, keeps every reply short and steadying, and adds nothing to the person's plate.
A person comes first. The first reply is fixed text that points to someone they trust and the 988 crisis line. After that, the AI keeps helping in low-demand battery-saver mode, with the crisis line always visible.
When the pressure is highest, the information has to be complete.
Clinical AI is moving into the places where stakes are highest: intensive care, anesthesia, emergency medicine. But most AI safety systems were built for the general public. When load rises, they shorten answers, add disclaimers, or redirect. For a clinician in the middle of a critical decision, that is not safety. It is a new hazard.
Rouse OS Rescue™ is the clinical profile of Rouse OS Review™, built on one principle:
Adapt how information is presented. Never restrict what is available.
How It Works
Rescue applies only to clinicians whose credentials have been verified by the deploying organization. It is never switched on by what someone types.
Under normal load, the AI works as a full assistant.
As load rises, answers become concise and critical-first: the most important point first, then the essentials. Critical facts, warnings, contraindications and uncertainty are never cut. Full detail is always available on request.
At high load, the system adds a second-check recommendation, so the clinician has a colleague's eyes on the decision when one is available.
At critical load, Rescue moves into clinical crisis support. There may be no one else in the room, so the AI never holds back. It supports the clinician step by step, one critical action at a time, while the system signals that another clinician must be brought in.
Built for Clinical Reality
Clinical language is not a personal crisis. A patient's quoted words, a case report, or a question about assessing suicide risk will not trigger a crisis response meant for someone in distress. A clinician who is personally struggling is still recognized and supported.
Every decision is recorded before the AI responds, in an audit record that can be verified independently.
What Rouse OS Rescue Is Not
Rescue does not diagnose, make clinical decisions, or verify medical accuracy. It governs how information is delivered to the clinician, who remains the decision-maker.
Status
Rouse OS Rescue™ is built and in testing. Its clinical wording is under clinical review, and it is not for use in live patient care until validated. We are seeking clinical research partners for a shift-baseline study and a high-acuity information study.

Rouse OS RESOLVE™
For employees and leaders. Combines wearable, behavioral, and environmental inputs with the six bonding behaviors into one load measure, in place of mood surveys.
Rouse OS REVEAL™
For HR and EAP leaders. An anonymized dashboard of load across teams, designed to surface rising strain early, before it turns into burnout or turnover.

Sensitive disclosures are encrypted and stored where the AI cannot read them. They are never brought back up unless you raise them.
If an answer is limited on purpose, the AI says so first. No partial answer is presented as complete.
If a governance error reaches you, a fixed three-step repair names what went wrong and what changed. No excuses, no deflection.
Every decision is an explicit rule. No embeddings, no model calls, no probability scores.
Limits are set before the AI writes a word.
The record exists before the AI is called.
The governance record and the AI's self-report must agree.
It has no write access to the audit log; every entry is chained with HMAC-SHA256.
An answer is delivered only when it clears, or a safe fixed message is sent.
Strain is measured as load against capacity, never as a character flaw.
