Offering Middle Class Solutions That Often Go Unmentioned
These are not opinion pieces; they are structural diagnoses.
This series occupies no political space. It is neither left nor right; instead, it provides a non-partisan examination of systems that are undeniably broken, once they are pointed out. Alongside this, we propose practical middle class solutions, including the establishment of a civil intervention authority aimed at addressing these pressing issues.
The economy. The Constitution. The courts. The market. The human beings navigating all of it.
The problems are not as complex as those running these systems would have you believe. The solutions are not radical either. What has been lacking is someone willing to plainly articulate what is truly happening and what actionable steps can be taken to rectify the situation.
That is what this series is all about.

$22,000,000 Notice of Tort Claim for City of Reno
When a Reno Municipal Court-appointed attorney operated under a fictitious firm name for the duration of his representation, paid with public funds, verified by no one — it was the beginning of a documented institutional collapse that ended with a shattered skull on a Walgreens floor and a $22,000,000 tort claim. This piece traces the unbroken line from one unfiled motion through a traumatic brain injury to the accountability vacuum that made it all possible — and documents how every institution with authority to intervene, from the City Prosecutor to the Attorney General to the Governor, chose not to. Both men now want Nevada voters to give them more power. The 90-day clock is running.

Proposed Solution to Increase Election Integrity
The loudest debates about election integrity share one thing in common: nobody is looking at the same record. Not because the information doesn't exist — it does, in courthouses across the country — but because no one has ever been required to bring it together. This piece proposes exactly that: a simple, automated, independently held ledger of election-related criminal convictions that lets the record speak for itself. No new bureaucracy. No election monitoring. Just the data courts have already produced, finally in one place.
