Rouse Relational OS™ Disclaimer & Scope of Use
1. NATURE OF THE FRAMEWORK
The Rouse Relational Operating System™ (Rouse OS™) is a structural diagnostic framework designed to analyze relational systems through the lens of pressure, capacity, and load. It is not a psychological, medical, or clinical diagnostic tool.
2. NOT MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH ADVICE
This framework does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or mental health condition. It is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Participants and practitioners must not represent the framework as providing medical or therapeutic services.
3. EDUCATIONAL AND STRUCTURAL PURPOSE ONLY
The Rouse OS™ is intended solely for educational, coaching, and structural analysis purposes. It provides a model for understanding relational dynamics but does not replace professional judgment within licensed fields.
4. NO PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE GRANTED
Certification in the Rouse OS™ does not grant licensure in any regulated profession, including but not limited to psychology, counseling, or medicine. Practitioners are responsible for operating within their legal scope of practice.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITY
All users of the framework acknowledge that application of the system is at their own discretion and risk. Outcomes are dependent on individual circumstances, and no guarantees are made regarding results.
6. REFERRAL OBLIGATION
If a situation involves mental health conditions, medical concerns, or risk of harm, practitioners must refer individuals to appropriately licensed professionals.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rouse OS Enterprises shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of this framework.
8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By using the Rouse OS™ framework or participating in certification, the individual acknowledges understanding of this disclaimer and agrees to its terms.
Rouse Relational OS™
Practitioner Code of Conduct & Professional Standards
This Code of Conduct defines the behavioral, ethical, and professional standards required of all Tier 1 Certified Practitioners.
1. STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
Practitioners must apply the Rouse Relational OS™ as designed. The diagnostic sequence must not be altered, skipped, or reinterpreted. The framework is a system, not a suggestion.
2. SCOPE OF PRACTICE
Practitioners may not present themselves as licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals unless independently credentialed. The framework is for structural coaching and diagnostic application only.
3. HONEST REPRESENTATION
Practitioners must accurately represent their certification level and may not claim authority beyond Tier 1 scope.
4. CLIENT SAFETY
Practitioners must prioritize psychological and relational safety. If a situation exceeds their scope, they must refer the client to appropriate licensed professionals.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information must be kept confidential. Case studies must be anonymized. Breaches may result in revocation of certification.
6. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Practitioners must conduct themselves with respect, reliability, and ethical behavior consistent with the Mortar principles of the framework.
7. MISUSE OF FRAMEWORK
The framework may not be modified, repackaged, or taught outside licensing permissions. Unauthorized use is grounds for termination.
8. CONTINUED COMPETENCY
Practitioners must maintain competency, renew certification annually, and stay aligned with updated standards.
9. VIOLATIONS
Violations of this Code may result in suspension or revocation of certification without refund.
10. COMMITMENT
Certification represents agreement to uphold the structural integrity of the system and apply it responsibly in all professional settings.
Rouse Relational OS™ Practitioner Badge Usage & Ethics Review Policies
This document defines (1) Certification Badge/Seal Usage Rules and (2) the Complaint & Ethics Review Process for Tier 1 Practitioners.
PART 1 — CERTIFICATION BADGE / SEAL USAGE
Certified practitioners are granted limited use of the official Rouse Relational OS™ certification badge for professional identification purposes only.
Authorized Use
Practitioners may display the badge on websites, marketing materials, business cards, and professional profiles, provided certification is active and in good standing.
Restrictions
The badge may not be altered, stretched, recolored, or modified. It may not be used in a misleading way or imply authority beyond Tier 1 certification.
Prohibited Uses
The badge may not be used after certification expires, is revoked, or if the practitioner is not in good standing. It may not be used to certify others or represent ownership of the framework.
Revocation of Usage Rights
Badge usage rights are automatically revoked upon expiration, suspension, or termination of certification.
PART 2 — COMPLAINT & ETHICS REVIEW PROCESS
Rouse OS Enterprises maintains a formal review process to ensure ethical application of the framework and protect the integrity of the certification system.
Filing a Complaint
Complaints may be submitted in writing and must include sufficient detail to evaluate the concern, including practitioner name, description of issue, and any supporting information.
Grounds for Review
Reviews may be initiated for ethical misconduct, misrepresentation of certification, breach of confidentiality, misuse of the framework, or behavior that compromises client safety.
Review Process
Upon receipt of a complaint, the Company will review submitted materials, may request additional information, and may contact the practitioner for response.
Outcomes
Possible outcomes include no action, warning, required remediation, suspension, or revocation of certification.
Confidentiality of Process
All complaints and reviews are handled confidentially to the extent possible, consistent with fair evaluation and legal requirements.
Final Determination
All decisions made by Rouse OS Enterprises regarding ethics and certification status are final.

3. PURCHASES — WORKBOOK AND CERTIFICATION
a. Workbook Purchase
The Rouse Relational OS™ Tier 1 Practitioner Certification Workbook is
available for purchase through Amazon (new copies only). The full retail
purchase price of a new copy credits directly toward the initial
certification fee upon verified enrollment.
b. Certification Credit Verification
To apply the workbook purchase price toward your certification fee, you
must submit a copy of your original Amazon invoice confirming purchase
of a new copy of the workbook. The following are not accepted for credit:
— Receipts from used book purchases
— Third-party seller receipts where new condition cannot be confirmed
— Screenshots of order status pages without itemized invoice detail
— Receipts from any retailer other than Amazon
Credits are applied at the discretion of Rouse OS Enterprises upon
verification of a valid qualifying invoice. Submit verification to:
Info@RouseOS.com
c. Certification Enrollment
Certification enrollment is separate from workbook purchase. Purchase of
the workbook does not guarantee certification. Certification requires
completion of all required curriculum components, submission of the
capstone assessment, and approval by Rouse OS Enterprises.
d. Refund Policy
Workbook purchases are governed by Amazon's standard return policy.
Rouse OS Enterprises does not issue refunds for workbook purchases.
Certification fees are non-refundable once the enrollment process has
been initiated. If certification is denied, the workbook purchase credit
is retained on account for one reapplication within twelve months.
e. Certification Renewal
Tier 1 Certification requires annual renewal. Renewal fees, requirements,
and deadlines will be communicated to certified practitioners in advance
of expiration. Failure to renew results in automatic lapse of
certification and revocation of badge usage rights.
4. PRACTITIONER LICENSING
Use of the Rouse OS™ framework in a professional, commercial, or
instructional capacity requires a valid licensing agreement with Rouse OS
Enterprises. Certification alone does not grant the right to teach,
