Certification Tiers
Tier 1 — Structural Engineer
Foundation Level - Starting Point
Learn the architecture of the system and how to apply it at an individual and basic relational level.
You will be able to:
- Understand and explain the Rouse OS™ framework
- Identify environmental pressure and stabilizers
- Assess personal capacity (Self)
- Apply foundational diagnostic logic
Ideal for: Individuals, early-stage practitioners, and those learning the system
Tier 2 — Diagnostic Engineer
Applied Level - available after 12 months practicing Tier 1
Develop the ability to analyze multi-layer systems and identify structural failure points.
You will be able to:
- Interpret ROSE outputs across multiple domains
- Diagnose system-level breakdowns
Identify pressure transfer across the honeycomb - Apply targeted intervention strategies
- Ideal for: Practitioners, consultants, and professionals working with clients or teams
Tier 3 — Systems Integration Engineer
Advanced / Enterprise Level - available after 12 months practicing Tier 2

You will be able to:
