A Complete Discipline, Ready to License

The 16-Week Curriculum

Course Title: Relational Physics — Engineering Human Connection

Framework: Rouse Relational OS™ (ROS™)

Level: Community College Life Skills Series

Relational systems are among the highest-stakes environments of adult life, yet they remain absent from formal education. Adults are rigorously trained in finance and health — but relationships are left to instinct. This curriculum treats that gap as what it is: the Unwritten Syllabus™, a systemic educational oversight.

This is not relationship advice. It is a structural diagnostic discipline — training students to treat human connection as a load-bearing system, to identify how pressure propagates through it, and to locate where structural failure is likely to occur.

From Emotional to Structural

Emotional Thinking (Symptomatic) → Structural Thinking (Diagnostic)

"Why is my partner always so angry?"
→ "What pressure is the center-cell absorbing that has no outlet?"

"They stopped caring about the relationship."
→ "What domain depletion is reducing the relational output?"

"We just have communication problems."
→ "What structural layer is generating the surface conflict?"

"This relationship is toxic."
→ "What is the current load state, and which regulators are failing?"

Course Learning Outcomes

Students completing this curriculum will be able to:

- Diagnose the structural mechanics of relational behavior under real-world pressure using the ROS™ framework

- Identify and sequence the Five Regulators of relational stability: Environment, Self, Mortar, Reciprocity, Time

- Calculate structural load using the Rouse OS Equation™ (ROSE™) to determine a system's Net Load Index (NLI)

- Distinguish between capacity failure (structural depletion) and character failure (behavioral choice)
- Apply the six Mortar compounds — Respect, Honesty, Reliability, Trustworthiness, Boundaries, Effort — to stabilize fractured bonds
- Execute a Triage Sequence for relationships under extreme pressure

Relational Physics Cover

Weeks 01–02 — The Problem

The Unwritten Syllabus — why relational systems are the highest-stakes, least-taught domain of adult life. Structural vs. emotional thinking.

Weeks 03–04 — Architecture

The Relational Honeycomb model and the Five Regulators. Introduction to the Rouse OS Equation™ (ROSE™) and the Net Load Index (NLI).

Week 05 — Environment

Pressure fields, environmental stabilizers, and spillover.

Weeks 06–07 — The Self

The center-cell, the twelve Self domains, and identity fusion.

Weeks 08–10 — Mortar

The six Mortar compounds, the bonding layer, and repair principles, including the Volunteered Reliability Principle.

Week 11 — Reciprocity & Time

Load distribution, the enabling threshold, and mandated load asymmetry.

Weeks 12–13 — Diagnostics

Reading the full structure, sequence discipline, Carrier Wave Mapping, and the Eleven Laws of Relational Physics.

Week 14 — Triage & Repair

The Triage Sequence and identifying repair windows and fracture origin.

Weeks 15–16 — Application & Capstone

Ethical boundaries, mandatory referral triggers, and the Integrated Structural Case Analysis capstone project.

Assessment & Capstone

The course culminates in an Integrated Structural Case Analysis — a 1,200-word report applying full ROS™ diagnostic logic to a complex relational system, covering environmental assessment, center-cell scan, Mortar assessment, reciprocity analysis, fracture origin, and intervention sequencing.

The capstone is graded on diagnostic precision. A flawed identification of the fracture origin results in course failure regardless of points earned elsewhere — reinforcing that this is a professional diagnostic standard, not a survey course.

Professional Ethics & Clinical Boundaries

The ROS™ IS:

The ROS™ IS NOT:

The ROS™ IS NOT:

- A structural diagnostic tool for load and capacity
- A tool for sequencing relational repair
- An educational framework for engineering human connection

The ROS™ IS NOT:

The ROS™ IS NOT:

The ROS™ IS NOT:

- Psychotherapy or a replacement for clinical therapy
- A tool for diagnosing or treating trauma and mental disorders
- Medical, clinical, or psychiatric treatment

Your Prior Training Matters

Practitioners are trained on mandatory referral triggers — active safety risk, substance dependence, acute psychiatric symptoms, and child safety concerns — where the framework is suspended in favor of clinical referral.

Who This Certification Is For

This certification program is designed for individuals working with people, systems, or performance:

- Coaches and consultants
- Organizational and HR leaders
- Team and performance professionals
- Individuals seeking a structured framework for real-world application

No psychological or clinical background is required to begin Tier 1.

If you are already a licensed or certified practitioner — in EAP, HR, coaching, therapy, or clinical psychology — your existing professional training remains the appropriate instrument for the emotional and relational dimensions of any given case. The ROS™ does not replace that training; it provides the structural diagnostic layer that precedes and informs it. The emotional attunement a situation requires is yours to bring. The architecture that explains why the system is under load is what the ROS™ provides.

Tier 3 Plaque

Certification Pathway
